Spring is in the air. I can feel it! And with the warmer weather comes fresh smoothies. I love the cool, fresh flavor the cucumber adds. You’d think it’s so lacking in flavor, but somehow added to a smoothie, it adds so much. And if the color green of most green smoothies bothers you, this one turns out lovely lavender, so a good
starter. Love this smoothie!

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup spinach
1/4 cucumber, peeled
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients to blender and blend!

Insteerting. We’ve been chucking around some ideas for a trailer, but thought that the only way it could really work was if it was the kind of thing which gets send around the office – so it needs to have some kind of hook. I’d be very interested to hear what others experiences with them are.

you are the most excellent travel guide. I'm surprised at the lack of pure vegetarian eating options (and disappointed that the Japanese spend a lot of time looking down into their palms too). Most impressive is the dearth of space. I hope to one day visit Japan, as you've merely whetted my appetite. happy week to you Arti.

They look fantastic! You got such great colour of them. The pink grapfruit curd is a lovely little twist. Hope your Penang holiday is going well! Eat eat eat!
